Returns
Due to FDA cGMP’s Final Rule (21 CFR 111), Beyond Biology’s Return Policy has been updated to ensure compliance as detailed below:
In keeping with our quality commitment, our return policy requires that the customer notify Beyond Biology and request a return within 30 days of receipt of the product. Upon approval, returns must be shipped to our facility within 48-72 hours. All returns are subject cost of return shipping.
RETURN GUIDELINES
We do hope that you have enjoyed your shopping experience and we sincerely appreciate your business with Beyond Biology Nutrition Store. In order to keep our prices consistently competitive, we find it necessary to implement the following guidelines for returning merchandise.
Currently, we can only accept returns within the 30-day return period. This return period begins on the date you receive your order. We cannot accept order cancellations via email. You must call to receive your refund.
For general returns within the 30 day return period:
1. Contact our Customer Service department Toll-Free at (888) 908-0804. Should you call outside of normal business hours 9 am – 5pm EST, please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number and order number.
2. Only unopened bottles will be refunded.
3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and begin the refund process. The amount refunded is calculated using the original purchase price of the item and tax (if applicable). Shipping will not be refunded; Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
